By signing up you agree to the following terms: Terms of Use & Privacy Policy Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and account holding terms are subject to change. You will be asked for credentials in which may identify you. These include your email and username. Your email will NEVER be shared with others publically and is only used for software identification purposes such as for logging back in. Any other information such as your gender, age or interest of music is only used to ensure the best user experience statistically for both improving the application and ensuring everyone who has signed up will get the correct experience based on information given. This includes advertising and offers. Never will any of this information be publically exploited or given away in any form other than your username. NEVER use your real name for a username. The username is only for identification purposes for logging back in and to be used on the Leaderboard. DO NOT GIVE YOUR PASSWORD OR ACCOUNT DETAILS TO ANYONE. NOT EVEN THE Indie Defender, Synthesise, TeamISE OR ANY PARTNERING COMPANY SUPPORT TEAM. THEY WILL NOT ASK EITHER. You will NOT be sent any e-mails other than for confirmation upon signing up, forgotten password or offers/events. If you wish to opt out of any e-mail notifications, you may visit https://www.ise-synthesise.com/account You may NOT opt out of any emails regarding account security, account safety, privacy policy updates, account termination notification or notifications of breach of Terms of Use or Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to receive the listed emails, you must delete your account completely at https://www.ise-synthesise.com/account/delete/ and follow the instructions. This will sign you out of Indie Defender upon deletion. You may also view this in the Options menu. By signing up you agree by the terms your username used for the Leaderboard and signing in will not contain content that has vulgar, slang for vulgar, racism, information identifying you or someone you know, potentially hurtful or harmful content, sexual content or violence geared toward a specific or group of persons or animals. If your username contains anything listed, your username will be censored and you will be sent a link to change it via your email. If you feel it was blacklisted in error, you may contact the Synthesise support team at our website https://www.ise-synthesise.com/ If you wish to sign out of Indie Defender you can do so in the Options Menu in which requires deleting all of your Indie Defender save data. This includes High Scores, saved options settings and your Synthesise account linkage. You can always sign back in but your high score will no longer be present or any of your data that was deleted. If you do not wish to experience any online functionality, you must either press "Offline Mode" at the top right of the screen when loading the application or simply disconnect from the internet. Pressing "Offline Mode" also works even if you are already signed in without deleting your data or unlinking your account. Offline Mode removes any downloaded characters, music, advertisements, banners and logos that represent people, entities, companies, businesses or advertisement holders and their advertisements.
